Vestaire has more than half of 1-star reviews (337) and only 233 reviews with 5 stars. how is it that "most customers are generally satisfied"?

Answer:

There are a lot of honest sellers and buyers there (I consider myself one of them) but if anything goes wrong, Vestiaire will do nothing to help, they will spam you with auto replies

Hi i recently purchased a sweater, when it turned up the seller had sent a completely different sweater from what i had purchased can i have refund?

This exact thing happened to me. Completely different top than what was posted. And it still passed their "inspection". I am still fighting with them to no avail. Good luck.

Is that fake website?

Answer:

They basically stole my shoes. I had a pair of Max Mara shoe's that I bought from the actual store in Chicago, they said they were not real, and I would have to pay to have them shipped back to me. They were in the original box, with stamp on the bottom of the shoe and the interior tag intact. I only wore them once and wasn't trying to sell them for a profit. I immediately removed all the items I had listed and closed the account. Proceed at your own risk!
