So I placed an order with them and after a week of it saying "on hold" I canceled the order and after it was cancelled they took my money and iv tried to contact them and nothing if tried to call email and write tickets but nothing all I want is my money back am I just wasting my time? Will i ever get my money back? What should I do?

If you paid through PayPal, open a dispute. That is how I got my money back.
