Where is my order My credit card was charged February 12th and I still have not received it as of March 23 2017 I tried to track it and was unable to do that I have sent them messages and they won't tell me anything

So, I'm pretty sure Fast Tech just scammed me out of my money. The item I ordered was not in stock, so they cancelled my order yet have not refunded my pay pal account. It has been 2 weeks. I have emailed them several times, with no response. Has anyone else had this problem? How was it resolved?
