The website is full of fake product reviews that they either got paid for or just copied from somewhere, but certainly without personal experience with the product. I come across a third fake article that praises a product that even on the official site doesn't have the features they comment on.
I've sent several emails to their editors, but these articles keep appearing on their site and I have not received a reply.
I was asked for my personal email address in order to get my file converted. Okay, I gave it. Later, I received an email, that file (a simple xls file) is failed to be converted. Later, I started to receive lots of spam on my email address.

If you'd like us to see if we can manually convert the file for you, please could you send it to us at support@zamzar.com? Also, please be assured that your email address is only used to send you the link to your converted file (or a message to say the conversion has failed); we never use email addresses for marketing and never share/sell email addresses, so unfortunately it's a coincidence if you've been receiving more spam emails recently.
