Controversial portland based company with questionable ethics. Tbh from a neutral standpoint they arent very good. The likes of digital trends is fuel for the likes of marjorie greene literally being the "root of all leftist evil" at this present time. They give bad scores without peer review and should be looked at with extreme skepticism.

Fake reviews
January 25, 2023

The website is full of fake product reviews that they either got paid for or just copied from somewhere, but certainly without personal experience with the product. I come across a third fake article that praises a product that even on the official site doesn't have the features they comment on.
I've sent several emails to their editors, but these articles keep appearing on their site and I have not received a reply.

They suck.
June 15, 2020

I bought a new cell phone in mid March. I found a nice phone case on degitrends so I ordered it March 20. After 2 weeks with no deliveries I went out and bought a new case. I emailed the company of this, and asked 4 them 2 cancel my order and refund my money. It showed up yesterday, after almost 3 months. And 2 make matters worse, it doesnt close on the upper right corner once I put the phone in the case. So its defective. And no packing slip with phone number 2 call 4 a return label. Who needs a phone case 3 months after? Not me...

Refund without proof of
December 17, 2018

I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!
