“SUCKS”

I have been using their help for almost a year and let me tell you this their costumer service sucks. I did not the like the writing at all and wanted the writer to change some things (you have the right to request a free revision) but they told me that I have to reorder it and pay 145 dolars again! I did not have any time until the due date so I had to reorder it again but I did not even get a refund for the first one I payed for. I would say don't risk losing 150 dollars for a bad writing.
