On December 19th, I informed the company that I wanted to return three items that was returnable for order ******* because they sent me items that I didn't order. They gave me the instructions and they informed me that I would have to pay to send it back within 14 days from the date it was delivered to me. I returned the items on the same day. The items were delivered to them on Dec. 22nd. I followed up on Jan. 8th for the status of my refund. They asked me on Jan. 8th what items I returned and I replied with a list of the items and the return receipt from the post office. On Jan. 16th, the apologized for the inconvenience of stating the sent the refund request and should take 72 hours to receive the refund. On Jan. 14th I emailed them again stating that I still had not received my refund. On Jan. 16th they stated the return department experienced some delays and I should receive it as soon as possible. I told them that, the customers shouldn't have to suffer and they need to refund me my money ASAP. On 25JAN, they stated they issued me a refund of $193.50 and said I should see it in 3-7 business days. Here we are Feb.3rd and I have not received my refund of $193.50. This company seems very suspicious and this is totally unacceptable how they've conducted business. They received my items within the time frame given and it's a month and a half later and I have not received my money. This place is a SCAM! I see this same thing is happening to other people. I'm definitely reaching out to an attorney and contacting the media. These scammers need to be held accountable.
