“BAD Business & Extremely Poor Service!”

I ordered a black wallet as a Christmas gift for my grandson. First of all he received the wallet late. Secondly, once it was received
It was there wrong item! They sent a tiny red credit card holder!
I called Customer Service several times daily for over a week. I did not get thru!
I was trying to make them aware of this error before we sent it back!
I stood on the line waiting for someone to answer over 1 hour and 37 minutes each time I called!
I still wasn't able to speak with anyone!
I finally began emailing them consistently!
Unfortunately, I still have not spoken to anyone nor have I received a response to my many emails!
Utterly ridiculous!
Do you self a favor and by pass unnecessary stress and agitation!

Tip for consumers:
There's an extremely high possibility you will receive the wrong item! It should also be considered you will not be able to speak with anyone to address it! There's enough issues in life to deal with! DO YOUSELF A FAVOR!! Don't Make This One!!

I ordered a black wallet for my grandson as a Christmas gift. The gift arrived later than expected. Once it did arrive it was the WRONG item! They sent a red credit card holder which goes on the inside of the wallet! What made things worse is I couldn't reach any one in their customer service department. Even though I called daily and stated on the line no less than 1 hour and 37 minutes each time! I began sending emails! No one took the time to respond to any of those! The item was sent back I hope and pray they rectify this by sendingthe correct item!
