It was there wrong item! They sent a tiny red credit card holder!
I called Customer Service several times daily for over a week. I did not get thru!
I was trying to make them aware of this error before we sent it back!
I stood on the line waiting for someone to answer over 1 hour and 37 minutes each time I called!
I still wasn't able to speak with anyone!
I finally began emailing them consistently!
Unfortunately, I still have not spoken to anyone nor have I received a response to my many emails!
Utterly ridiculous!
Do you self a favor and by pass unnecessary stress and agitation!
