I ordered a pendant necklace. When my item arrived, i opened it only to find some earrings instead of my necklace. Called them and was placed on hold forever. Decided to hang up and contact a different way and the person via Facebook told me i had already been taken care of. I'm pissed because no one apologized for this mistake that was on their behalf and the necklace was for a birthday party that i will now have to figure something else out. Then to tell me once i return the hidious earrings and they receive it i can get the correct item as if i wanna risk getting the wrong thing again. I literally hate this company and will never shop with Coach again. You would think someone would be reaching out being that you $#*!ed up and not me.
