I was booked on a flight by Travelgenio from Hong Kong to Beijing and then to Munich. I arrived on time with Luftansa and then proceeded to go to the next connection. However, you have to go through immigration and customs and from one Terminal to the next. When I finally arrived to the right terminal the gate was closed which means I lost my connection. I went through the runaround trying to get information and guess what I had to buy a new ticket. Luftansa says there was no way for me to make it from where I was to the next terminal in time. Which is true. Travelgenio however being the scam company it is refuses to accept responsibility and of course they don't want to refund me the money. I spoke to friends of mine who work in airports and they confirm how deceitful this company is. They don't care about letters you send etc. You must sue them otherwise you will never be refunded
