I placed a holiday gift order last week. Everything was correct on site and my bank immediately noted pending charge. A day later the charge cleared. I am a passport member and order from 1800Flowers frequently. They are excellent. I have also ordered many times from Personalization also excellent. Popcorn Factory horrible. I never received a confirmation and then checked account only to find no order. I spent an hour with the ‘chat folks' only to be told I never ordered anything. Then was given instruction to email PROOF of billing. I got a response quickly that apologized for my inconvenience and verified I was indeed a Passport member. Huh? My email provided ample evidence of the order and requested explanation why no order ‘according to them' existed. So I called the customer service number only to get a woman who, well, English was not her strong suit. I think she miraculously found the order but I would be a fool to trust this company so tried to cancel. She seemed to confirm this but refused to provide any verification and said it would take up to 15 days.
They sell a unique product. Honestly I'm searching for alternatives. But they are by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with and, trust me, I am a veteran online shopper.
