Board bus at Rhode Island station (7:40pm) Notice passengers speaking about foul odor 4t minutes later bus(6541) pull off follow route to stop at 4th and W inform about bus going out of service. Ask why? Inform because of waste/odor. Ask why not put bus out of service at the station instead of three(3) stops later. Leave bus go to store across the street buy soda bus still at stop before I walk to 4th and V street stop bus drives by with people aboard it. A waste fare and no ride. Funny had personnel passing out survey forms? On a limited income do li get my fare refunded?
