In the past two years I have purchased 20 Parts/Items from FCP Euro and each purchase was excited flawlessly by FCP'. A few times when I did have questions about an order, they responded very quickly and professionally. I have ordered parts from several other European companies in the past and non of them come close to FCP's delivery, parts quality, warranty, sales & install support. Period!
While the overall experience was not good, they did reimburse a portion of the overnight shipping, despite their website saying no returns on shipping.
On Thursday I contacted Vividracing to order a much need part. They said they could overnight it. I paid a lot for overnight, because I really needed to get my car back on the road. It is now Sunday and the part has not arrived and I am still without my car.
