“Need a status of my birth certificate”

I paid in June and got the package and sent it in August. I need it urgently and have no e-mail or number.
Please help me.The process was fast paying and recieving the package but I need my birth certificate.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT HAVEN´T RECIEVED IT AND NEED IT URGENTLY!!!I PAID SINCE JUNE AND LAST MONTH SENT THE PACKAGE NOTARIZED WITH THE 15 DOLLAR CHECK.
