I was ordering several times from taobao, accessories for mobile phone mostly, I stayed satisfied, the delivery was on time and its not expensive at all there
They send me wrong items. I ordered phone case was waiting for a month and receive a $#*!ing spinner which I cannot return

Please be advised that you may return the item to us since we have a 7 or 14 days return period for us to process your refund/replacement and we will conduct an investigation between to our seller/merchant. Just follow the step by step procedure on how to return your item:
1. Log in to your account (email add used to place the order)
2. Go to "My Orders" and click "Return"
3. Fill out the return form;
4. Write the return number or order number on the piece of paper at the package
5. Pack the item (make sure to include the freebies if there is any)
6. Send to any LBC Branch near you.
