Ordered a camera on Dec 6 as a Christmas present. It is now Dec 19 and still don't have the product. Followed up 3 times and everytime I was on hold for about 40 minutes. They finally decided to give me a refund because they cannot locate the item but it will take 3-7 business days, and since it is the holidays I am looking at 2 weeks before they even give me my money back.
