I was pleased to find what I was looking for.
It was the ordering part I found difficult. I was told I would receive a code for up to 70% off my order if I gave them my email address. The. Price said it would be delivered to my email. I waited, and waited, and waited. I tried to chat, sent a message, received a reply that someone would be with me shortly. Again, I waited, and editors, and waited. I sent another chat message, received the same reply, and waited again. I finally sent email to customer service. The person that respond was very nice and informative but I was unable to apply the code he provided.
I emailed him again and he walked me through it. When I put in the code it told me it had expired. I was just going to forget the whole thing and look elsewhere. Today I received a general email from Ian thanking his customer for their support and he included a code. I tried one more time and that was the charm.
I truly hope I am very pleased with the product. And that if I ever order again it will be a much smoother and quicker process.

I am very pleased with most of my order... the service for ordering was wonderful and the timing for receiving most items was great! I have struggled with getting help on a lost package and getting satisfaction on a broken item.
