I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter on December 8,2016 through DHgate for Christmas. They estimated time for delivery was 6-21 days. I knew that it might be a little late. It is now January 14 and there has been no information posted since December 11. I have left many messages for DHgate, for the seller and tried to for the shipper, but it was all in Chinese with no way to translate to English. I got one response from the seller to be patient with no actual information. I have asked DHgate for assistance and they keep telling me to contact the seller and shipper. I have gone round and round. They have my money and no shoes. I will never use this site again and warn anyone else not to use it.

We are sorry for the experience you had with your order. We looked into it and there are no updates on the tracking of the package. We noticed that you have communicated with the seller about this. It is good that you have done so since they can contact the courier and get real time updates for you. If they are unable to send you current updates, you have the option to open a dispute for refund or reshipment of the item. Here's how you can open a dispute for your order: 1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page. 2) Click Awaiting Confirm". 3) Find the Order number and click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the order. If the problem is not resolved through direct communication between you and seller, or if you don't get a response from the seller, you may request for DHgate Mediation after 5 days that you have clicked on "Return & Refund" link and then we will assign a person from Resolution Center to take care of your case.
