11/5/23 ordered 2 items, but received only 1 on 12/28/23. Several emails and Better Business Bureau contacts later, I still have not received the item or a refund. BTW, Eshakti did tell the BBB that they would refund my money—as of today,2/16/24, I have received nothing. From reviews and different social media posts, it is obvious there has been a decline in the company's quality of product and service. They lost a customer.

I love Eshakti dresses! I took off a star because I know I have a wait time ahead. I wish I would get an estimated time during checkout instead of a general statement in the fine print.
The quality of the clothes and the ability to customize
From the fit to the quality, I LOVE IT! The dress is better than I expected. I cannot think of a clothing/department store that would have this dress for the price I paid—it would be triple the amount if not more. Thank you Eshakti, for the quality work. You've earned a loyal customer!
