11/5/23 ordered 2 items, but received only 1 on 12/28/23. Several emails and Better Business Bureau contacts later, I still have not received the item or a refund. BTW, Eshakti did tell the BBB that they would refund my money—as of today,2/16/24, I have received nothing. From reviews and different social media posts, it is obvious there has been a decline in the company's quality of product and service. They lost a customer.
