Customer service has been poor. I ordered an item in January and still haven't gotten it and no one took the initiative to reach out to me.
I still love your dresses. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I might have to forgo my love of your dresses if customer service and time taken to deliver the items ordered continue to be so poor.
It’s always my first “go to” when looking for new items.
