I ordered a pair of sneakers on DSW website. They arrived with an anti-theft/security tag still attached (in a box with the top cut off)! I now have to take time out of my day to drive to the nearest DSW store to have it removed because it cannot be simply cut off. Someone was either stupid/badly-trained or didn't care enough to remove it before stuffing the shoes into a bag to mail them, or, indeed, did it maliciously. Also, ordering the shoes didn't go without a hitch. Two days after placing my order, I got an email from DSW saying my order had been cancelled. I right away called them and spent 40 minutes on the phone while the rep was trying to track down a tracking number (which didn't even exist at that point, hence the enormous waste of time). Finally, 3-4 days later I got a shipment confirmation and another 2 days later my shoes (with an anti-theft tag attached) arrived...but not before I'd gotten yet another erroneous email from DSW letting me know that they were still processing my order and asking me to have patience! It's a hot mess. I won't be reordering.
