Let me start off by saying, that their customer service is horrible. I made 2 attempts to purchase any item and they are yet to refund my money. Mind you this is my first tome ordering from them. Despite the fact that I saw reviews that they were horrible. I have them the benefit of the doubt. IG MISTAKE! When I contacted customer service via email, because their phone number just leads you to a automated messaging system that annoys you with no actual person to talk to, they took nearly 4 days to rely back to me. They kept saying that they need to verify an authorization code to confirm my billing matches my account. MIND YOU THE MONEY WAS ALREADY PROCESSED AND REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I wasted 3 weeks trying to get my items for them to only keep telling me the same story about a stupid authorization code that BTW MY BANK NEVER KNEW ABOUT! My bank told me to request for a refund and never order fro. Then again because if this keeps happening with other customers they will flag their company as fraudulent. So far it's been. 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM EVERY AGAIN.
