“Six months... still waiting”

I placed an order in December 2021 and it has never been shipped. It is now July 2022, nearly seven months. I called once and was told it would probably be another six weeks. That was four months ago. The link in my email doesn't work ("this site can't be reached) and if I manually type in the web site it gives me the same message as the link. I tried to email customer service and it says it's undeliverable. This reeks of scam. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I'm grateful it wasn't a large ticket item, just a replacement part. They certainly had no problem charging my credit card immediately. This company needs the lowest BBB rating possible.

I order in October 2021 after months of emailing and calling I finally received my replacement...
