I used Priceline.com which reserved a rental car through Economic Booking for a Thrifty rental car. To pick up my car I still had to make the line for 1hr, plus I returned the rental 4 days early since my personal car was repaired in 2 days instead of the estimated 5 days. I was unable to get my refund after calling, and even emailing proof of receipt. I lost $120. Book directly with the car company. It's not worth the headache just to save $50. Trust.
