I received a jumper from viva and as I tried it on it was to small. I messaged viva to see what the procedure was to return the item and get a refund. I was refused. I wanted to return the item as its no good to me as its to small. I have since been in touch and I have not revived a reply. Very poor I think that they can't get back to me. I will never again buy clothes again from viva. Hence 1star rating.

Being unable to use the product you've ordered is really frustrating. I can guarantee that our size chart is made into perfection to prevent fitting issues. However, there are things we need to consider when we talk about fit issues and one of these is "Body Proportion" which is already way beyond our control. Nonetheless, it is our commitment to provide full satisfaction particularly with product quality; hence, we will have the matter sorted out.
If you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchase, we highly recommend that you submit a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery as VOVA offers "Buyer Protection" in a form of Easy Return policy. Depending on the circumstances, you will be offered with one of the following options:
1.) Refund the buyer without the need to return the item
2.) Prepaid return label will be generated and sent through buyer's email address
3.) Provide the seller's return address and buyer will pay for the return postage with valid tracking number.
Lastly, we encourage you to rate the item you have received. This is very important to our monitoring process as items and sellers who consistently get a low satisfaction grade will no longer be considered and therefore, eliminated on our shopping platform.
