Had a flight from LAX to DPS with a layover in China scheduled for Feb 28. However due to the Coronavirus outbreak and USA travel restrictions we had to cancel. I've contacted this company 5 times now for a cancellation and refund. Still no response. I am seeing the generic response telling you to contact their customer service email address. News flash! That has been the email address we've been making the request to. I don't understand how this place is still in business, wish i would have seen these reviews prior to booking with them. Now i am having to get my bank involved. This place needs to be shut down, this is criminal.
