God awful services; communication is really bad. One would think once I hired a property manager, my stress level would ease. Now I learned, I had to manage the property manager.
First, I had to remind them the date they needed to take over my property from the previous property manager, obviously, they forgot.
Second, they let the tenants dictated the walk through. They lack basic knowledge of water treatment, example, if you have a well.
Third, communication is just lacking. I inquired what services was done to my property since the bills has been deducted from my deposit. Oh yes, they said, is available in the owner portal. Okay, where is the link, and how do I get my ID or login. Expected they will send me instructions, nothing, called, left more voice-mails.
