I hired this lawyer to take my son's mother to court because she tried to committed suicide. To back me up her own parents supported me and the grandparents was in court to support me... It started great, we had the judge on our side. Judge saw how the grandparents took care of my son and support their ungrateful daughter. And I in returned paid large sum of monthly child support and health care. Until my former lawyer recommended "Gaurdium ad litem" and it went downhill from there. The gaurdium ad litem defended the child and they will always sided with the mother since the child lives with the mother full time hence the bonds between mother and child. My so called lawyer did not known this... The reports from Gaurdim ad litem will carry great influence in court decision. Unless one can prove the mother is a drunk, addict, or an abusive... I wasted $20K plus in legal fees.
