Totally disappointing customer service via phone and the website--they could not answer my question/solve my issue and were completely snotty about it. Actually, I didn't even receive a response to my first online inquiry. Only the person monitoring the FB page responded quickly (actually MUCH quicker than I anticipated) and pleasantly. I wanted to like them because the concept is great, but if you can't even be pleasant to a first time customer--basically just saying "I'll cancel your order"--then I don't need to spend my money with them. Let's just say I had to contact the USPS about an issue the same day and THAT was more pleasant and expeditious than contacting this company!
