I paid $2000. 00 to my new Auto loan with my computer which I went to Auto loan and picked the correct loan number and paid them on 03/03/2021. I checked my account today and it said it was never paid and it was late. I looked at my account and it showed the money went to a Line of Credit which I don't have. I called the auto loan department and they said I was late. They connected me to a banker and the banker said she had nothing to do with it, so she connected me to the line of credit department. The line of credit said they would transfer it to my auto loan but then auto loan said I may get a late fee charge and if I do it will affect my credit rating. I asked why and everybody blames everybody else. The auto dept said it is the bankers fault., The banker said it is the line of credit fault. The line of credit people said it was just a mistake, but I get charged for it. WHY. No wonder Wells Fargo is losing business and closing banks. They are not well trained or just not doing their job. Shame on Wells Fargo.
