I recently purchased a casket online for my father. While I agree with many of the review posted about the lack of empathy from Terry and the customer service department, if you can get past that--the casket was delivered on time and at a more affordable price.

This company is a business, sadly it is a business where you are dealing with emotional clients, so you would expect and hope for more compassion. Which you are not going to get--its all business. So, if you can handle this as a business transaction and leave emotion to the side, you will be just fine.

Would I purchase from here again? YES.
