So fed up. Purchased a present sometime ago. Payment was taken promptly. Was told order was shipped. THE USPS NOR I CAN EVEN TRACK THE PACKAGE. Seems like my seller fell off the screen. Now the whole site tells me my email address doesnt exit. It sure did when the order was placed. Tried to call the BBB on them but can not even locate the correct zip code to put in a complaint. P.s. Bonanaza please get a professional operator to tell me this number cannot be dialed as entered or Atleast one who speaks English since the call was made from the USA
