I Love all the Cabela stores and often will make stopping at one of them part of our travels around the country. They have a great shopping experience and there are some good deals to be had. I like to buy online but sometimes you need to touch and feel the products or try them on, and having a wide variety in one place makes it our go to. The clothing is better now that Bass Pro purchased them. Overall we like Cabelas very much

I have been an Expedia user for over 15 years, so why the bad review? I like the app for easily finding cars and flights, but when there is an issue, that is when their service falls off the rails. Try to use your airline credit - impossible. There automated chat service will eventually get you to a person, who will either be unable to help or request you call in. When you call in you could have 2 plus hour wait. No problem - they will call you back, and be equally unhelpful. When there are no problems, Expedia is good to use. Problems happen though when you travel and that is when you find it would have been much better to have worked direct with the car rental company or airline. Money is a one way road with Expedia. They will do everything they can to never refund you and have every reason not to. Drop the convenience of Expedia and just use the airline, hotel or rental company direct. Maybe Expedia will get the message and start providing customer service, but I would doubt it after seeing this trend for well over a decade.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use their service. Book a flight from the airline - that will protect you in your plans change or you need a refund. Expedia customer service does not follow through with their policies of refunds and will do everything possible to not refund, even if you bought their protection

I ordered a zebra printer and the company called to. Make sure I had the right printer. They said they liked to check first to make sure the printer met our needs. Durring the call I realized I ordered the wrong printer. Needed thermal transfer and I ordered a direct transfer. They are very helpful and nice to work with
