I had a bad shipment on an order I received from lazada back 4 months ago. THye issued a refund to my Lazada Wallet, but I have no way of activating it. I was promised a refund via LBC 3 months ago, but it never came. I have ordered over 19,000 PHP on Amazon.com since then, which would have gone to Lazada. Today, I tried to resolve the issue and I got transferred 4 tines to a different department. Lazada customer service is 100% incompetent. I talked to FTC who is about to shut them down until they resolve over 7,000 outstanding complaints to the FTC. That is the only way they will learn what customer service is.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Lazad or if you do, open up package in front of delivery person and verify before you pay. Refunds are a big problem with Lazada. They love to keep yur money.

I bought leads from Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor and others and they were all fake leads, with bad contact info.
I then tried AllMyNeeds.com, thinking they would also suck and they actually got me leads that were real and I could sell.
I spent $895 to buy a water ionizer filter machine and had a good experience overall. The only complaint I have is they should add split tender. I had to add a gift certificate and apply that before using my Amazon credit card to pay the difference that was over my limit. One ding for that!
