I had a bad shipment on an order I received from lazada back 4 months ago. THye issued a refund to my Lazada Wallet, but I have no way of activating it. I was promised a refund via LBC 3 months ago, but it never came. I have ordered over 19,000 PHP on Amazon.com since then, which would have gone to Lazada. Today, I tried to resolve the issue and I got transferred 4 tines to a different department. Lazada customer service is 100% incompetent. I talked to FTC who is about to shut them down until they resolve over 7,000 outstanding complaints to the FTC. That is the only way they will learn what customer service is.
