Figuring out how to enter my credit card information was not easy. I eventually was able to get it to be accepted by entering it in my profile.

Ordered 4 Wheels and the on line ordering experience was great. Multiple choices with all the necessary specifications provided and easy to understand.
The packages were delivered in two separate shipments which was not problematic. Each wheel was in it own original box. Tire Rack attempted to put an outer box around each box. When the wheels arrived the outer boxes were destroyed and the original boxes were also torn. Tire Rack needs to develop better packaging to protect the product.
