Thought I was calling Hilton- but somehow I was connected to Choosearoom. Needed a suite for 5 people. After a received a confirmation- it was for a suite but for 2 people. Literally, talked to 6 different agents which took over 3 hours. Same script-: If I wanted to change the reservation- it would cost more" No - I did not want to change reservations- I wanted them to correct the original reservations. The first agent- just said to not tell the hotel there were 5 guest. I ask for a supervisor and all they would tell me is that the "super" team would review the original call. Never got it resolved and finally canceled. Horrible customer service. I am just thankful that I noticed the mistake before I got to New York.
