I also am reading this after I placed an order for 10x10 canvases. Theres been no feedback on my order and waited on hold for 35+ mins and eventually gave up and hung up. There was a feedback response on an earlier feedback post about an overhaul with the companys service department but doesnt look like things have gotten any better. Stay away from this company!
