I am 77. When booking it was not made clear that age was an issue ie age was not requested. Tucked away in the terms and conditions was a note to the effect that the maximum age for booking was 75. It was not however nade clear in the booking process. On receiving the vouchers I read them,recognised the problem, immediately cancelled the booking by phone. They charged me a cancellation charge of £21. However I repeat that age was not mentioned in the booking process only that drivers had to be over a certain age but upper age limit was not mentioned in the booking process, One can see why they have such a low overall scorebooking.
