Gave me a free service for my cell phone. No problem, just cancel it if you don't want it. I came back to the same office a month later. Signs that say customer service, customer first, all over the store. I stood at the desk while three people, a guy and two girls, playfully ignored me. They were so eager to help me when I wanted to buy the phone. Finally I interrupted them. The man sighs. Can I help you? I said I want to stop this extra service on my phone. Oh, he sighs again, and writes a number down on a pad of paper. He holds it out to me and says "here. Phone this number." Hmm thought I, F you. So that's just another time Bell Canada (mobility in this case) lost my business. As I always say, they could have me for life. Why not treat me well?

Had their phones, internet, cell services. Every one ended badly every time. So this punk phones me and says, for the same price you're paying now, you can have another service. So I agreed to try something. I asked several time for him to verify "no increase on the monthly bill." Nope, he replied. (You know what happened right?) Bill went up $50. So I phoned and talked to some girl for close to an hour. She removed all the services that the punk had added, and the monthly total was still more than it had been. See they were looking for older people who they could add a huge increase to, and maybe they have auto-debit. So they were stealing in other words. Worst company, and they ruined Virgin by buying it. It says something when a company (Virgin) won an award for innovating a new thing, and that thing was being nice to customers. The original Virgin that is. But this is Bell. Dirty chumps.

The mobile service was good. The internet service was deplorable. It rarely worked and usually just sat flashing red. Had to phone customer service so many times. 45minutes average call. You think they'd send a new modem right away. Then it worked for like a month. Then it didn't work at all. So I phoned and cancelled the (non) service. 25 minutes and I'm done with them. They acknowledged the disconnect. Then sent me a bill stating the account was suspended, and they would close it after some time. So they ran the cost up another three months to burn me. After all this, my phone and internet were attached to the same account. So I lost the phone I had for for years, and the non-service that didn't work anyway. Could have had me for life but they chose to be unwise, and function as a collection agency. It's Bell Canada in disguise...

Told them when I ordered the service I don't need a router. Told them several times. They shipped a router and charged me rent. They wanted me to pay the return shipping. They were difficult about rebating the rental fees.
The service worked. Speed dropped somewhere around the fourth month. I didn't care too much since it was still reasonable. Now they want more money. Didn't send me the bill where it shows the increase that way you just wind up owing more. Just like all the dirty companies Canada has to put up with. They could have had my patronage forever. CEO and owner/manager of this company are go nowhere mindless losers with no imagination. Two stars for reasonable service. -3 stars for being the scrub every other company is.

So I just found out I had a bell account I never opened. I called and spoke to a very nice lady....

Fraud company. Went ahead and did a credit check without permission, when I specifically told...
