ZERO STARS :( I bought tickets to Penn and Teller and the event was postponed. I can not go on the rescheduled date and they will not reimbursement me? They are asking me to resell the tickets. I thought they were kidding, apparently not. Why can they not just resell the tickets? I wish I had checked the reviews before I bought my tickets. I spoke with RAY ******* and he kept me on hold FOREVER. Why keep me on hold for so long if you already have an answer for me? Horrible customer service.

“Tickets Center told me the same thing when I wanted to cancel my order within minutes of purchasing. They said to resell my tickets to someone else if I didnt' want them. Lol... I also wished that I had checked the reviews.”
