Let first say after many many weeks of emails and working with their Customer Care dept and getting no result... I then filed with BBB... SO AFTER POSTING HERE ABOUT RETAILMENOT AND IT WAS SAME AS EVERYONE HERE WAS HAVING ISSUES, I POSTED HERE AND AND I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND GUESS WHAT, 2 DAYS LATER I HAD A RESPONSE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK ON MY ISSUE AND ONE DAY LATER THEY SAID WE ARE GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY AND I HAD IT IN MY ACCOUNT WITH IN 7 DAYS... SO I WANTED YOU TO KNOW FILED WITH BBB... CAUSE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY HURTS THEM... AND AT THE END OF THE DAY PEOPLE ITS NOT YOU ITS THEM AND THEY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB WITH THEIR SERVICE FOR SURE.
