I order and item online 6/5 because none of my local stores had it in stock. It said expected delivery 6/9 which was get cause I would still be on vacation. It never showed up that day so I figure Fed Ex running behind. Today I call HD and am disconnected the first call second call agent states that the warehouse is behind so I MAY get it next week? I then look online and see its now back in stock at a store 15 miles from me. They offer delivery for $8.99. So i call customer service to see if they can just have the store deliver one since its their issue however she said no thats not possible. She also said the could not cancel and refund my money. I would have to refuse or return it. WTF worst Customer Service in the world. Art needs to call his customer service agents and see what is really going on! So much for Home Depot helping me get my Projects done! Lowes will get my business in future
