I am on my third Ecotank printer under warrantee. Each time they hold $170 on my credit card while I have to ship back the old one.

They have wasted so much of my time it's embarrassing. Don't Do it.

Tip for consumers:
Terrible company. Products fail, then they just leave you hanging.

I will end up switching to a different brand .

“Table shipped late, damaged - then they forgot to send partial refund for damage. Sloppy”

I wouldn't order from this company. Every interaction has been so sloppy it almost feels dishonest. They sent me a damaged table, weeks late, and after offering a partial refund, never sent it until I called to follow up. Avoid if possible
