I ordered on 1/17/17 and still have not received my order. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

First of all, we want to apologize for this unpleasant experience you had with your first order.

We truly understand how important it is for you to not only receive quality products and services but to also receive your order in a timely manner.

This is why, we deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you.
We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.

After further investigation, we could see that you were in contact with our colleagues and were provided a resolution for this inconvenience and also that your order was shipped from our warehouse and it’s currently being delivered.
