Absolutely horrible. I ordered a pair of boots. I wear size US 9.5. They didn't come in half sizes so I ordered a 10 thinking I would just wear thick socks. Well they boots didn't have zippers or anything on them and the ankle was so narrow I couldn't get m foot through it. The foot part was probably big enough but my foot/ankle wouldn't go in. And I have VERY narrow feet. Nobody who wears less than maybe a size 5 would be able to get their foot through the narrow ankle part to wear them. I also ordered a shirt and slippers, both of which were very cheaply made. And a pair of earrings which looked ok. After three weeks of disputes through Paypal (because Rosegal wouldn't respond to my emails) I was told that I could get a refund if I returned the items. Problem was that I paid $67 for the items and it was going to be $70 to return them. So I'm just plain out of luck. REALLY wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. Several weeks after my initial email, and after the dispute with Paypal had been filed, Rosegal did email me back but it was the same answer. Return the items and we'll issue a refund.
