I work for him on Jan 20 2018 to Jan 26 2018 he will not pay his employees I am in the process of working with US DEPT OF LABOR TO HELP GET MY PAY CHECK and as live on site with his wife and kids witch is illegal on commercial build if there is other agencies out there that can help stop this scam artist and help me get my pay check please email *******@yahoo.com so i can pursue further action

I placed my order in June, was told it would be 2-3 weeks, and as of October 9th, still haven't received anything. We were told it would be "2 more weeks" on August 23rd, and again on September 22nd. They don't answer their phone, and Facebook messages get a, "we are looking into it" response.

Buyer Beware! I purchased two beds from this company. The one that I actually received was destroyed in no time. And the one I purchased 5 months ago, I still have not received. I have requested and been given approval for a replacement for the one that was destroyed and a refund for the one I never received over a month ago. Many calls, emails, and messages later still no response. I was so patient with this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were just getting on their feet but there poor customer service is unacceptable. I want answers but at this point Im not hopeful that I will get them or my money back. I paid this company over $800. To not receive a refund or the product is theft. I work hard for my money and I really splurged because my dogs are my life. I guess its time to contact my credit card company. Screenshots will be in comments.

This company takes your money and gives you nothing but excuses... that is when they take the time to respond at all! It's been 6 months since they took my money. I have gotten every excuse they can think of. They are nothing but a scam!

Don't do it. They will claim over and over again that they have solved their shipping/fulfillment problem but if you do get your bed, your dog will eat it, and you will never see a refund.

Ordered the bed in January. Tried to be patient. It didn't ship until June and they shipped it so someone over the age of 21 had to sign for it. If I had been told that in tr beginning, I would have had it shipped to my work. Then I started to see all the complaints from people that their dogs were destroying the beds in minutes. Daneproof wasn't honoring their warranty. I asked for a refund since I hadn't received my bed. I was told to keep the bed and they would give me a refund. Never received the refund and they stopped responding to my messages. I took yo Facebook and started to post complaints on the comment sections of their posts and was blocked. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they never responded to them. I have now initiated a dispute with my credit card company. This company is nothing but a scam.
