I purchased a Plantronics Voyager 6200 uc for $206.00 and the website says you can return within 30 days. While it was more expensive than what I've purchased before, it had good reviews, I needed a god quality set for working from home, and this seemed like the best price. The sound quality was truly worse than a $10 pair purchased at the airport, a true factory second perhaps? I bought it to do work from home with but no one can stand to listen to it and it's no better on my end. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls that were no help they sent me the return form and I returned it in the exact same box and condition as it was received, I paid for shipping, and they kept $40 and returned only $166. I wish I had their reviews prior to purchasing from them but I won't make the same mistake again and I hope no one else does. I'm hoping PayPal will help.
