Booked room few weeks ago in NY for business. Now doing expenses... looked for invoice, but none provided. Only got confirmation with link. But link doesn't work, gives error: "No current booking"
Tried calling but no one answers the phone! Zero customer service! Who charges $1,100 to a customers credit card and can't bothered to provide invoice... No idea what i was charged for or if any of it was fraudulent... Guess I will have to declare the charges unknown / possible fraudulent and let the credit card company try to get an itemized invoice or recover the money... Ridiculously poor business practices and zero customer service. Not sure how they are still in business!
