I ordered a product on January 11,2017. Their website says it takes 1-2 days to process and 3-5 business days to arrive. Well, on Thursday, January 19,2017, I called to ask what was up as I am waiting for my product. She said they are experiencing high sale volumes and that it's taking a little extra... A whole week extra to get something in a box and out the door...? So she said she would prioritize it for me. It is now Monday and it is STILL PROCESSING! I want my money back but they make it to where you can't file a refund unless you've actually received your product. Absolutely ridiculous. NEVER shopping with them AGAIN.
