I bought some clothes making sure they got their 30 day return policy. On their site it is marked "easy return". The sizes didn't fit and neither did the style. I filled out a request with their support. They tried to dodge it by saying that they were going to give me a coupon for a future purchase because the return was too expensive and complicated. I told them I was entitled to a refund, that PayPal made returns easy. They played the clock, after 8 exchanges, they told me that the 30 days were over and that I was no longer entitled to anything. The purchases were €62, I only had to agree to their terms!
